KAMPALA — Dr. Philip Paul Goodwin (pictured) is the new director of the British Council. He took up the post at the beginning of July.
KAMPALA — Dr. Philip Paul Goodwin (pictured) is the new director of the British Council. He took up the post at the beginning of July. Philip who holds a PhD from the university of London, had his last posting in Pakistan where he was director for development services and governance, a statement said yesterday. He was also involved in managing education.Ends
