KAMPALA — The Government is exploring licensing people to carry out cage fish farming on the country’s lakes and rivers, the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Dr. Kisamba Mugerwa told MPs on Thursday. He said an experimental fish farm had been started on Lake Victoria. He denied reports that the Government wants to sell Lake Victoria.
