SN Brussels Airlines is saying farewell to the Qualiflyer, the flyer programme they have been operating. It is instead launching its own frequent flyer programme called Privilege, writes Emmy Olaki.
According to a statement from the airline, the present Qualiflyer programme (FFP), has been operated jointly by a number of European airlines since 1998.
“However, with the current changes in the airline industry, the programme partners are now pursuing different strategies, especially on the alliance front and the qualiflyer programme, will therefore stop operations on 31st December this year,” the statement reads.
The statement says the Qualiflyer has been highly regarded and has been voted one of the best FFP’s available.
“SN Brussels therefore decided to continue the Qualiflyer tradition from January 1, 2003, but under a new name, Privilege.” Ends
