Princess Bagaya was in the right
SIR— I am in support of Princess Elizabeth Bagaya of Tooro in demanding that journalists covering the seventh coronation anniversary of King Oyo Kabamba Iguru IV kneel down before she would talk to them.

It is a highly prized custom of respect to royals in Tooro. As such, it would be a common courtesy to do it.
When you go to Rome, do as Romans do, goes the saying. I think Isingoma Amooti was very civil.
Journalists kneel or bow before the royals in Japan and England, why not in Tooro? Even American
presidents practise bowing and greetings before they visit foreign royals. Please stop making fun and making a big deal out of our beloved princess Elizabeth Bagaya. She is just carrying out the Batooro cultural customs.
