Pastor held over gun

SOROTI — Police have arrested three men and a pastor at Ochapa trading centre, for being in possession of two stick grenades, a gun and stolen merchandise. Joseph Olaja, a pastor at an evangelical church in Ochapa, was arrested with John Okwi, John Ekiru and Julius Olupot, all of Kakura in Kyere sub-county. Other recovered items included 70 bullets, army uniforms and a bicycle. Residents said the men were rebels during the Teso insurgency.
