Brig Kashaka back in court

ENTEBBE — Brig. Stephen Kashaka, Uganda’s Military Attaché to Tanzania accused of assaulting Ngora County MP Dr Francis Epetait, appeared in court yesterday. Epetait’s doctor, Dr Emodet did not testify before Chief Magistrate Irene Akankwasa because Kashaka’s lawyer, Mr McDusman Kabega, was absent.
