Sir— With bitterness, I write this letter so that NHCC can do something for those in Bugolobi Flats, Block 25-32.

The road to these flats is in a sorry state. Given the rent we pay, we don’t deserve this kind of service.
Don’t tell me it is KCC’s work. Do LCs in this place know their job?
I ask Mr Hassan Basajjabalaba to help in this situation since I hear he is the owner of the new block which NHCC had neglected.
I suggest we retain this month’s rent and repair the road. We tried it once and it worked.
