Four charged
MPIGI — Court has committed two traditional doctors and two others, to Nakawa High Court to answer charges of murder. Neriko Musoke, Godfrey Segawa, both Kibogo traditional doctors, Edward Kamanyi and Livingstone Nakabaale, of Namayumba village, allegedly cut Francis Sekasamba with a panga and robbed his gun.

Wife held
Masaka — The Police have detained a woman for allegedly hitting her husband with a hoe after a domestic misunderstanding. He died instantly. Rosemary Kizza of Kabonera B village in Bukoto Central allegedly murdered Paul Mulindwa during a fight over sh1,000.

Minister calls
KAMPALA — Education and Sports minister Kiddu Makubuya has advised graduates to exhibit quality and ethics when entrusted with responsibility. This was contained in a speech read by Kyambogo University vice-chancellor Professor Lutalo Bossa at the graduation ceremony for the Association of chartered certified Accountants.

Prison recruits
MUKONO — Graduates recently besieged the district offices following the national prison recruitment exercise. Most of them had travelled over 40 miles from Kayunga district. The recruitment exercise seeks to recruit 500 people. More than 35 youths were turned down after they failed to observe the selection criteria.
