FORT POTAL – The former mayor, Bob Kaganda, has cautioned his successor, Edison Asaba Ruyonga, against maligning his predecessors or face court action.
Kaganda told The New Vision that Asaba was heard at public functions and on radio saying his administration had replaced thieves. Asaba confessed to making the statements.
