JINJA — Government has been urged to enact laws that compel all Ugandans to take HIV/AIDS blood testing to enable them know their sero status. Mr. Sam Musoke, an official from The Aids Support Organisation Jinja branch, made the appeal while addressing women leaders on HIV/AIDS here recently.
