PADER — The deputy RDC, Sylvester Opira, has appealed to senior government officers to visit and console the people of the district, who he said have suffered atrocities committed by the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) rebels. Opira said this while meeting the minister of state for higher education, Betty Akech Okullu, in Gulu on Tuesday.
