Man arrested
LUWEERO — A week after he was cleared by Operation Wembley of charges of robbery, Godfrey Luyonde, a peasant of Nakaseke, has been re-arrested by the Police in connection with spreading Itongwa rebel scare. He was arrested on Monday after Police recovered a military uniform in his house.

KAMPALA — State minister for people with disabilities Florence Nayiga Ssekabira has called for a speedy creation of the Council for the disabled to help improve opportunities for them in the country. She was addressing a press conference at Exotic Inn in Bwaise recently.
