By Leo Kabunga NILE Special Super league sponsors, Nile Breweries has offered to finance a one-day seminar on January 19 in Kampala. The seminar is to sensitise all stakeholders running the Nile Special Super league before the 2001 season starts in February. FUFA assistant secretary Haruna Mawanda yesterday told a weekly Nile Special Super league press conference at Lugogo that the seminar is confirmed. He, however, did not name the venue. Nile Special Super league is jointly sponsored by Nile Breweries, Coca Cola, Shell, BAT, and MTN. The stakeholders include club officials, National Football League Committee (NFLC), referees, match commissioners, sponsors and the media. In another development, FUFA has requested Super Division Clubs Association (SDCA) to hand in a list of 10 officials to be included on the new league committee, NFLC. FUFA meets tomorrow to review all standing committees among which the new NFLC will be named after an executive meeting at Nakulabye. Ends.
