By Fredrick Kiwanuka MAJOR Jerome Bwende, the military assistant to the defence state minister, has criticised presidential aspirant Aggrey Awori's plan to use a helicopter to campaign, saying it will lead to his defeat. "I do not see how he is going to succeed in reaching the majority of voters in rural areas. For example, do you have an airfield or even a playground here?"
