By Fred Kakeeto in Mombas SC Villa faces favoured Kenyan outfit Oserian Fastac this evening in the second last match of group B at the Mombasa Municipal Stadium. Both teams have qualfied for the semi-finals of the tournament but the match is still expected to be explosive. At stake is group leadership which determines which team stays at Mombasa and which one moves to Nairobi for the semi-finals. Whereas Oserian, the current group leaders, could suffice with a draw, the Ugandan champions have to win to finish top. The semi-finals are slated for Wednesday and Thursday next week. The winner in this group will meet Ethiopia's St. George, who lost 1-0 to champions Tusker in a game they dominated, and are certain of finishing second in Group A. Big-talking Oserian coach Twahir Muhidin vowed to dash Hasule's hopes of remaining in Mombasa. "We want to beat Villa today not only to remain in Mombasa, but to send warning to the rest that we are in for the tittle," he said. Muhidin, who boasts two internationals; defender Ken Odhiambo and stylish striker Sammy Simuyu, is likely to field the very players that outclassed Rwandese Army team APR 2-0. But Villa coach Paul Hasule, who admitted that his boys played badly against Red Sea, has prefered to leave most of the talking for after the match. He said: "Oserian are good, but they are beatable." James Kayimba and Nestroy Kizito, who were benched on Thursday due to sickeness, will return for the big do. Tomorrow Red Sea of Eritrea will meet APR in a formality group B match. Ends.
