BUSHENYI - Presidential candidate Chapaa Karuhanga has promised a scheme to fund needy students in institutions of higher learning. Karuhanga was over the weekend campaigning in western Uganda, where he addressed several rallies. He said the loans would be recovered after students complete their studies and get employed. A statement issued yesterday by his campaign team said he promised to establish factories in every district to create employment for the youth. Karuhanga also promised to scrap cost-sharing in government hospitals and to avail AIDS/HIV patients in the country free retroviral drugs. Ends
