KAMPALA - The National Task force for Yoweri Museveni has refuted allegations that Col Kizza Besigye received a cold reception at Ibanda because the people were intimidated by government agents. A press release issued by the task force, Deputy Publicity Chairman, Ofwono Opondo, said Besigye had no support in the region. Ends
