By Edith Kimuli THE proposed law on occupational health and safety tabled by the Workers' MP, Dr. Sam Lyomoki, has been amended. It will be presented to Parliament by the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development. The Bill, seeking to protect workers against unnecessary health and safety risks at work, was tabled by in September.
