Hon. Tiperu Is Nationalistic

SIR- Hon Ekanya while addressing a rally in Yumbe, diverted from telling the people what programmes he has for them, to talking about Hon Nusura Tiperu. He often dismissed her as being young. Tiperu, MP for youth, northern region has shown us that she is nationalistic. On the contrary, Ekanya has never visited nor attended any function in Arua and Yumbe during his three years in Parliament. Any Ugandan who is qualified according to the Ugandan Constitution (1995) to become a Member of Parliament is considered an adult. Ekanya's problem with Tiperu is the fact that Tiperu is the youngest MP in Africa, which is of great pride to Uganda. Ekanya is on record for being the Youth MP who spends most of his time in Tororo where he intends to contest. Secondly, Hon Etiang whom Ekanya wants to contest against is very strong. Ekanya started as a multipartyist, then became a Museveni supporter and later joined Aggrey Awori. Today he is with Besigye. Goddy Lomerinyang Kotido
