MBARARA – a primary school teacher at St. Helen's Primary School, Deo Mugisha, was on Tuesday charged with defiling a 16-year-old pupil of the same school.
MBARARA – a primary school teacher at St. Helen's Primary School, Deo Mugisha, was on Tuesday charged with defiling a 16-year-old pupil of the same school. Court presided over by grade two magistrate, Mr. Ngoga Rutagyegwa, heard that in September last year, Mugisha invited the pupil to his house and defiled her. Court also heard that Mugisha had for a long time been seducing the girl to have sex with him.
