Aziz Kasujja Warns Agents

KAMPALA - Electoral Commission chairman Aziz Kasujja, has advised presidential candidates' agents to desist from demanding for details of voters' cards from the voters who are picking up their cards. Kasujja said in a release yesterday, "Candidates' agents' role is to observe the voters register display exercise and issuing of voters cards and not to take over the work display officials." He said such actions discourage voters from picking up their cards because they do not know why their names should be written in the agents' books. Ends
