By Reuben Olita in Nairobi TOP seed Rossette Musoke was the only Ugandan survivor as two of her compatriots tumbled in the second roun of the ITF/CAT East Africa Money Circuit Tennis championships at the Parklands Sports Club here yesterday. Musoke who is seeded fourth beat unseeded Kenyan Irene Waite 6-2,6-2 to sail through to this morning's quarter finals where she will meet fifth seed Wanjiru Mbugua. Godfrey Uzunga was the first Ugandan to tumble out of the $4000 event when he was beaten by local entrant Barry Ndinya 6-3,6-1 in the match that saw the Ugandan leading 3-2 in the first set but lost his ground shots to bow out. Uzunga broke the Kenyan three times in the first set before the Kenyan came back into the game. "My opponent had good solid shots but erratic," Ndinya told The New Vision. The other Ugandan to go out in the second round was Eric Ofunyuru who was beaten by second seed Vusumuzi Khonza Majola from Zimbabwe to bury any hopes. Ends
