SIR-On behalf of the Iteso Cultural Union and on my own behalf, I wish to convey our heartfelt congratulations to Mr Yoweri Museveni on being elected to the high office of president of Uganda for the second time with such a resounding mandate. We wish him God's guidance and good health, and the whole country, prosperity. Augustine Osuban Lemukol Emorimor Papa Iteso SIR-I congratulate President Yowri Museveni for winning the 2001 presidential elections overwhelmingly. However, I wish to suggest to him to consider the manifestos of the other presidential candidates who lost the polls. As the youth, we think that the ideas in the losers' manifestos, if co-opted into Museveni's own, will benefit the people better and Uganda will have a bright future.
