Kuteesa 'dies' for a cigarette

Mawogoola MP, Sam Kutesa, had a rough time at Munyonyo during the Mango bash. A cold breeze swept in from the lake, bringing with it the smell of cigar smoke, apparently from tycoon, Sudhir Rupa, sitting in that direction. Kutesa could not hold it, he fumbled into his coat and extracted a cigarrete but realised he did not have a lighter. He then tapped on a guest sitting close to him in the VIP shade, who did not have one either. A pocket-searching chain of activity swept through the row of guests like a wave, but to no avail. Meanwhile, UTL MD, Hartmut Fandrich, got a glimpse of the show. Kuteesa, putting the cigarette to his lips, signalled to him. By the time Fandrich got a lighter from his juniors, Kuteesa was nearly 'dying.' Ooooops! Ends
