2 Suffocate

MAKINDYE - Two plumbers suffocated in an underground tank on Lukuli hill, Makindye on Saturday. Sam Mpalanyi, 28 and Robert Kamulega, 30, of Tukole Bukozi Water Pump, died when they tried to clean the tank belonging to Lule Kironde of URA. Ends
