Hyuha Appointed On UMSC Board

Prof. Mukwanason Hyuha (pictured below), the former Makerere University academic registrar, has been appointed member on a eight-man committee probing the sale of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) property.

By Josephine Maseruka Prof. Mukwanason Hyuha (pictured below), the former Makerere University academic registrar, has been appointed member on a eight-man committee probing the sale of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) property. Hyuha was last year interdicted for abuse of office. The committee that started its work on Wednesday was instituted by the Mufti of Uganda Sheikh Shaban Mubajje. Also on the committee chaired by Sheikh Musa Luyombya, are Hassan Kirya, Muhammad Bangirana, Adinani Koyire, Ismail Ochumu, Sulaiman Masaba and Muhammad Lubanga. Ends
