Ekitobero!

SIR-I would like to express my discontent with the service at Ekitobero Restaurant on Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala. There are many waiters and waitresses but they take too long to notice that a customer needs to be served. After you pay for the service, there comes the agony of waiting for your balance. The waiters and waitresses keep you waiting for as long as an hour. Your pleas for balance fall on deaf ears until the waiter/waitress who served you appears with no apology whatever. Now the management of this restaurant should tell us if their staff is trained to hold back our money because you can wait for the balance and eventually walk away in disgust.
