KAMPALA – Kabaka Ronald Mutebi II of Buganda has congratulated former president Godfrey Lukongwa Binaisa upon his return.
KAMPALA – Kabaka Ronald Mutebi II of Buganda has congratulated former president Godfrey Lukongwa Binaisa upon his return. The Kabaka advised him to engage in programmes that will benefit Uganda. Binaisa was meeting Mutebi at his Banda Palace recently.
