KAMPALA- UTL Telecel has donated two fully connected mango mobile phones worth sh240,000 to the National Organisation for People At Risk of HIV/AIDS/STDs that will use them to counsel its AIDS clients. The phones numbers are 071 200 222 and 071 200 333 and can be called everyday from morning till 10:00p.m. Ends
