SIR-I refer to Mr Twinoburyo-Omwanawomuntu of Mbarara's letter in The New Vision of May 8 under a headline of Gadaffi's idea has great setbacks. His concern was why the Arab countries of North Africa were members of OAU while the Black Africans are not accommodated on the Arab League. However, there are some Black African countries that are on the Arab League. Examples are Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, The Commoros, Sudan and Mauritania.
