KAMPALA - The US Secretary of State, General Colin Powell, will visit TASO and meet a group of Ugandans living with HIV/AIDS during his visit to Uganda.

KAMPALA - The US Secretary of State, General Colin Powell, will visit TASO and meet a group of Ugandans living with HIV/AIDS during his visit to Uganda. Powell, the second US Secretary of State to visit Uganda in three years, is expected in the country tomorrow to discuss issues relating to Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and HIV/AIDS, with President Yoweri Museveni. Ends
