SIR-Centenary Rural Development Bank (CERUDEB) should expand its Entebbe Road branch or it will lose clients to competitors. I am a customer of the branch; but recently when I went to withdraw some money, I was shocked to find out that all the withdrawals and deposits have been amalgamated to one banking hall which was originally meant for paying school fees! The problem here is that the congestion here has more than doubled! It has surpassed the original congestion which used to make clients curse being customers of CERUDEB! There are nine counters, but not all are used. Moreover, they are manned by some slow cashiers many of whom seem to be training on the job.
It is worrying that in the 21st century CERUDEB is still reluctant about efficient customer care. This is not the era for customers to queue for hours to get access to their own money which banks use to make more money.
