Let Kiconco see Rukundo

SIR-I wish to react to Gillian Kiconco's letter to the editor in your paper yesterday under the heading "Where was Kigongo?" Movement Vice-Chairman Moses Kigongo and Dr Ruhakana Rugunda did not at any time say that Mr Sarapio Rukundo, now aspiring for the Kabale Municipality seat, was not a Movementist. What they said was clearly understood by the people of Kabale, including Mr Rukundo. Kiconco may wish to consult Rukundo for clarification. A.N.
