Traffic!

SIR-That the traffic at the Wandegeya junction has not improved. Many motorists do not know how to use lanes, which are clearly marked with arrows. There is one lane that leads you down the middle towards Makerere, but everyone tries to force their way onto this lane at the lights, causing a big, annoying jam that leaves everyone stuck at the lights.
