Kadomola is ignorant about Police

SIR-I reaction to Jamil Kadomola's letter in The New Vision on June 27 "Better Police", I would like to know the following: What academic standard is Kadomola and what is the minimum standard of education in the UPDF which he claims to know much about? Kadomola might have a point; but he has a every chance to report such allegedly corrupt officers to the relevant authorities or the IGG. I want to assure Kadomola that every police officer does not only study law, but also undergoes basic military training before deployment.
