KAMPALA - The High Court has issued a warrant of arrest for the Kassanda county MP Patrick Kabayo over sh60m debt. The warrant issued by the deputy registrar, H. Wolayo, said Kabayo is to be arrested by July 18 to answer charges of failing to pay African Commuter Services a US$55,900 debt plus sh4,514,000 in court fees. Ends
