Tobacco Case In Court

KAMPALA – A case in which environmentalists are seeking for a declaration that public smoking infringes on the rights of non-smokers is due for hearing tomorrow. The Principal Judge Justice Herbert J. Ntabgoba is to hear the case. The Environmental Action Network on May 31 filed a suit in the High Court seeking a declaration that smoking in public is criminal. Ends
