By Justin Moro REBELS of the Lords Resistance Army over the weekend sneaked into Pabbo protected camp and killed one person, The New Vision has learnt. The UPDF Fourth Division spokesman, Capt. Khelil Magara, confirmed the incident while briefing journalists in his Gulu office yesterday. "Four LRA rebels sneaked into the Pabbo displaced people's camp and killed one person identified only as Apire, injured one Martin seriously and looted food and a solar panel belonging to Martin," Magara said. He said the UPDF recently killed one rebel and recovered three guns, 83 rounds of ammunition and one stick grenade from various places in the on going operation. "The peace talks going on do not mean cease-fire. we are to protect lives and property and especially when the LRA rebels are out of the agreed demilitarised zone our forces can carry out operations against them," Magara said.
