KUMI – Nyero Rock High School students recently went on strike beating up their headteacher Kokas Atinyang and deputy John Okalebo over rules on footwear. The school administration, board of governors and PTA executives resolved in a meeting recently to ban the wearing of slippers, sandals and being barefooted, a move which angered most of the students.
