KENYA'S oldest football club, Re-Union, relegated from the premier league for the first time in over two decades, has won a court order to be included in the top league this season. However, the Kenya Football Federation (KFF) secretary, Hassan Haji said yesterday they will appeal against the decision after receiving a copy of the judgement. The high court sitting in Kisumu Tuesday ordered KFF to include Re-Union in the league this season after the club proved their case on the balance of probabilities. Ends
