6. Drugs to Arua Municipal Council Dispensary
7. Street lighting spares.

11. Drawing kit and surveying equipment (Total station)
13. Audio Visual Aids
-Video camera
-Ordinary camera
-Video system
-Portable generator
13. Sofa sets for offices.
14. Printing of the following items
-Expenditure vouchers
-General receipt books
-Headed papers/letter heads.
-Abstract books
-Market dues receipts
-Graduated tax tickets 2001/2002 and other items.

B. HIRED SERVICES
18. Road maintenance (River Oli Division)
19. Maintenance of flower gardens (River Oli Division)
20. Maintenance of anti-malarial drains (River Oli Division)
21. Rent of Municipal Bus Park Restaurant
22. Revenue collection from boda boda
23. Repair of council vehicles
24. Repair of council motor cycles
25. Renting of council toilets at the Main Market.
26. Renting of council toilets at Oli Market
27. Renting of council toilets at Arua Hill Ground.
28. Renting offices at Bus/Taxi Park
C. CONSTRUCTION WORKS
29. Construction of water closets with 6 stances.
30. Painting of the council offices and residences.
Requirements
Interested firms, individuals or contractors/suppliers should pay a non-refundable application fee of Shs 100,000 (one hundred thousand shillings only for the following items: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 25, 29 and 30. Meanwhile for the rest of the items the application fee is UShs 50,000 (fifty thousand shillings) only. The application fee should be paid to the cashier Arua Municipal Council and attach the photocopy of the receipt to photocopies of the following:-
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation of business
- Current Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Certified copies)
- Valid Trading Licence for 2000/2001 (Certified copy)
- VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.
- Names of Directors/Partners of the business.
- Location of the firm (physical, postal and telephone)
- Latest Financial position (latest bank statement)
- Graduated Tax tickets for 2000/2001 and 2001/2002.
Applications indicating the prices of the materials, services and or works to be undertaken, properly sealed and marked "Tender for................." on top of the envelope should be addressed to:

To reach him not later than Wednesday August 1st, 2001 at 2.00 p.m. All bidders and or their representatives are welcome to the opening which will be held in the Council Conference hall on the same day at 2.30 p.m.
No late submissions shall be accepted.
Arua Municipal Council Urban Tender Board is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any bid.
