By Ahmed Angulibo THE ARUA Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Thomas Okoth Nyalulu, has asked district officials responsible for water in the north and West Nile regions to be committed to their work for development. Nyalulu made the call on Friday while officiating at the closure of a two-day workshop for district water officers, planners, sanitation officers, community development officers and urban water officers from the two regions, in Arua town. The workshop organised by Ministry of Water, Lands and Environment was intend to give the officers skills necessary for the implementation of Poverty Action Fund (PAF) programmes. Nyalulu said PAF was almost 100% donor funded and asked technocrats to use it to make a difference in order to attract more funds. The workshop was attended by Anne Florence Luziraa, under secretary in the ministry. Ends
