Kisakye Seeks Bail

KAMPALA – The Buganda Road Court Principal Magistrate, Charles Kisakye, who is facing corruption charges, has re-applied for bail at the High Court on the grounds that he suffers from a grave illness. Kisakye’s earlier application was dismissed last Friday by Justice Gideon Tinyinondi, who said hypertension and ulcers which are common to most prisoners, could be treated at the prison hospital. Ends
