LUWEERO — The Police on Wednesday arrested five thugs including a UPDF Lieutenant and recovered six army uniforms, bags, pangas and a home-made gun.
LUWEERO — The Police on Wednesday arrested five thugs including a UPDF Lieutenant and recovered six army uniforms, bags, pangas and a home-made gun. Others included Lt. Charles Mayanja of the UPDF 3rd Division Mbale, Daniel Kikonyogo, Christopher Mukasa, Kamya and Sengendo. Luweero DPC Irene Tibaaga said the five were arrested after they attempted to rob traders at Kinoni village on the Luweero-Ngoma Road.
