By Daniel Saire THE tension caused by the National Football League Committee with the delay to release second round fixtures of the Nile Special Super League is over. It was said that one of them armtwisted the fixture committee to change their would be first match with an upcountry team. The urge to take the title and survive relegation would form the basis of the competition. Matches involving champions SC Villa, Express and KCC would be the highlight of the second round that is expected to end on November 1.
