SOUTH African Premier Soccer League (PSL) matches will for the first time be shown live on SuperSport.
Twenty-five matches will be telecast under a deal between PSL organisers and SuperSport.
MultiChoice public relations officer Gigi Magezi said Ugandan viewers will watch the action on the SuperSport 3 channel every Tuesday from 8.00pm.
The 1995 African champions Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town who have played in Kampala before will be seen live in action.
Pirates ejected Express at the semi final stage before winning the continent’s premier club event for the first time.
Express were hoping to become the third Ugandan club to reach the final of a continental event after SC Villa in 1991 and army side Simba in 1972.
Ajax defeated KCC in this year’s Confederation of African (CAF) Cup competition.
Ugandan viewers will also watch the English premiership, the Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, the Dutch league, Cosafa and CAF Cup fixtures on SuperSport 3 launched early this month.
