Kisakye Bribe Trial Flops

MENGO — Hearing of a corruption case against Buganda Road Court Magistrate Charles Kisakye and State Attorney Scola Nafuna flopped yesterday. The trial magistrate, Godfrey Opifeni, was absent. Shem Byakagaba, for the Inspector General of Government, asked magistrate Julius Mwebembezi to adjourn the case to September 17. Ends
