(c) Supply of 10,000 litre water harvesting Tanks. (d) Design of water supply system for rural growth Centres (e) Construction of a 50,000 litres under ground Tank. (f) Construction of gravity flow schemes. (g) Construction of water sources. (h) Supply of water quality testing kits. (i) Supply of Generator. (j) Supply of Desk Top Computer, Power Stabiliser, and Printer. (k) Supply of Photocopier. 2. Periodic Maintenance of Kyegegwa - Katonga Road (46 kms) 3. Supply of Road Tools 4. All those applying for pre-qualification must give detailed company profiles. 3.2. Prices to be quoted should include taxes and costs to the District Stores and should be in Uganda shilings. 3.3. Every intending tenderer must pay a non-refundable fee as indicated below. All tender bids must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes, marked “ Tender for Supply / Pre-qualification/Construction of ” and be addressed to the Secretary, District Procurement Committee, P.O. Box 1002, Kyenjojo, not later than 20th September 2001. 3.5. In case of companies, copies of the following documents are required: A valid Trading Licence - 2001 VAT Registration Certificate Names, physical location of the Firm and Postal Addresses of Directors. Income Tax clearance Certificate - 2001. Bankers recommendations. 3.6. An envelope containing any mark indicating the identity of the sender shall not be considered. 3.7. Considered Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 - 120 days after BID opening. 3.8. Opening of Tenders Tenders will be opened in public on 20th September 2001 at 11:00 am. in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend.
