Kenneth Kamyuka and Richard Okia ripped through Wanderers batsmen claiming four wickets each. Richard Kirunda (4/39) dismissed Nehal Bibodi, fresh from India, for a golden duck after directing the ball towards gully for a superb dive catch by David Meya. Kirunda also claimed stars Lawrence Ssematimba, Ketan Godhadra and solid Keyur Padia for no beautiful runs but an unbeaten 54 from mid-order Nand Kishore ensured Destroyers score 151 runs in 41.1 overs. Kamyuka (4/21) started by dismissing openers Lule Ibra and Michael Ndiko for disgraceful runs and later frustrated Hilary Kafuka (04) and Joshua Mwanja (08) inside his spell of 10 overs giving away only 21 runs. At Kyambogo, Tornado CC humiliated youthful Nile CC by three wickets with medium bowler Baig Akbar claiming a career best six wickets for 10 runs in 5.1 overs. By any measures, it was an inspired display of bowling that stopped Nile CC at a paltry 84/10 in the allotted 50 overs. Tornado started on a false note losing four wickets in the first ten overs but had posted a comfortable run rate of 4.3. Seruga posted 33 not out . ends
