KAMPALA — A UPDF lieutenant who was last year sentenced to 11-year in prison has appealed against his conviction and sentence.

KAMPALA — A UPDF lieutenant who was last year sentenced to 11-year in prison has appealed against his conviction and sentence. Lt. Sirajje Sajjabi, attached to Bombo army headquarters recently appeared before the general Court Martial, chaired by Lt. Col. Joram Kakari and appealed against his sentence. He was convicted on counts of escape from lawful custody and illegal possession of a gun and a walkie-talkie.
